I've recently made a drumming app for the iPhone and iPad called 'Drum Tab'. It's targeted towards drummers and people learning drums, but it is just as fun for banging about on a virtual drum kit.
It lets you record, edit, playback and email drum parts in the internet friendly 'tab' format.
You can also plug in a v-drum kit or any cheapo drum pad via midi-mobilizer to record straight from your kit.
